Out of Schools

The Out of Schools Programme is a vital initiative funded by BBC Children in Need, designed to support children aged 4-11 years in our community. We accept referrals through direct channels and our Family Support Hub, ensuring that children facing a wide range of challenges can access our services. Whether it's addressing physical and learning challenges or family social and emotional issues, our program is tailored to meet the unique needs of each child. We employ a personalized approach, providing one-to-one and small group support to target specific needs and make a positive impact in their lives.
